I just went to pay my monthly condo rental, the receipt / contract was provided as reused paper. I made a joke that she had provided me with data. She joked about it. 

 

But it is a list of condo numbers and I guess owner names. So as a representative sample I can say that my condo owners are Chinese,  Russian and Indian. 

 

Makes me wonder who has my data. 

Immigration do the same; it's recycling and good for the environment, don't you know?

There was a new Data Protection law enacted just last week I think.

There is talking the talk, but then no walking the walk. Laws are only as good as their enforcement.
