I am in the UK trying to access the Royal Thai Embassy London  online to apply for a STV.

I have forgotten my password. The online link is via the receipt of a code in my email.

I am advised that a code would be sent to my email address to enable a reset and gain access to my account at the embassy, 

Unfortunately after three attempts over five hours I have yet to receive an email from the embassy.
