Its a 2 storey, one bedroom not the typical layout in Phuket rentals. The living room is downstairs and could be used as a second bedroom. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and balcony upstairs. Good neighbors, quiet and of course a sea view. Im not sure what he will want in rent depending on the time. figure between 11k-13k a month but again it is negotiable. It is 5 min from Kata beach on motorcyce. The landlord is good and a nice guy ..takes care of everything. pm for landlords contact details he also has some apartment units with sea view and adsl for rent.
