Thai Volleyballers Recover from Covid-19 Infection

BANGKOK, June 20 (TNA) – All  eight Thai volleyball players, infected with the coronavirus have recovered and returned to Thailand on Monday.

 

Piyanut Pannoy, Suppattra Pairoj, Watchareeya Nuanjam and Sutadta Chuewulim, Sasipaporn Janthawisut, Hattaya Bamrungsuk, Tichakorn Boonlert and Natthanicha Jaisean were found being infected with the virus during the competition in the second week of the 2022 FIVB Volleyball Women’s Nations League in the Philippines.

 

The Thai team ended the second week of the tournament in eighth place.

I am glad, they are a great team and they are doing their country proud.

Not just with their skills, but with a pleasant attitude as well, always happy and smiling after a successul volley, while some other teams are always stone-faced even when they score.

I look forward to cheering them in the next games.
