Looking for someone to manage about 20 - 30 Support emails ( in english ) every day.

You must be a native english speaker, have logical thinking, attention to detail, and concern for customers

You will be expected to follow up support calls if required, and even speak to the customer.

The product is mobile software, and training and support will be given.

Flexible hours, but need to come into bangkok office once or twice per week. Opportunity to progress into other areas such as server maintanence, product testing, webmastering and so on.

Ability in German language a big plus.

Must be reliable and not an expat bum, who cant get up in the morning. Expect this to take up 20 hours a week.
