Thanks for that info but I have tried that numerous times and it does not work as I still get Thai writing when I right click on the mouse ???

I haven't tried it but this link seems to cover all the bases?

https://windowsreport.com/cant-change-display-language-windows-11/

Things that stood out on first glance was you need to have admin rights to do the changes, and a license that allows for change of language?

Can you post a picture of what you are seeing?

Some the entries in the right click menu can come from indiviudal appications rather than Windows itself,

If you can work out which programs they are you could check those language settings.
