That was a heck of a movie in its day - dated now, but sure made an impact at the time. A very versatile product, Vegemite - don't you agree?

Yes, ... Mmmm, mmm good. :D Oh, oh ...you mean that Veggy stuff?

(as Pete would say....dunno) :o

Dunno.........hehehe

Vegemite. Yes, someone suggested putting a little with your Gravox. I tried it. The first time, I put too much (half a teaspoon) and it took over the flavour, but the second time I put half that amount and it added very nicely to the flavour. Nice with onion rings too, as Pete has previously suggested. Also a very good addition if you make home-made meat pies. Any other suggestions for the wonderful, flavoursome qualities of Vegemite?

Hi all,

Just pop in for a few minutes to tell ya all that I am about to reveal something that will blow your mind.

Did some other research for Zpete and found this: http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/200...c-pch031306.php

Maybe it helps, it is all natural so it won't hurt.

Soylent Green is a name of a secret operation going on right now, so thanks for that Zpete, it shows you are aware.

To all of you please do some research on: Interfood. BV and find the connections, it is really worth it.

And it will make clear why Samak suggested not to buy pork but instead chicken.

Peace to all of you.

My question is: Would you be willing to eat In Vitro meat?

Capsaicin, the stuff that turns up the heat in jalapeños, not only causes the tongue to burn, it also drives prostate cancer cells to kill themselves, according to studies published in the March 15 issue of Cancer Research.

Alex, ta for that.

Now I gotta go to the greengrocery.

Akshully, I am on a slow release drug that kills off what the prostate cancer cells feed on, testosterone, the male hormone.

ZOLADEX

What wif hot flushes, I'll neva be cold.

Hafta buy some cold beer for duration.

......... now do I eat jalapenos by spoon full.....?

I am not really sure what the dose should be, but I guess a pound or maybe two would be a good start?

As I was told you need to eat at least 500 Grams of veggie a day.

Can you give us an update Zpete?

500 grams of jalapinoes,..........<deleted>

My next PSA test is 11th May.

I would be breathing fire.

Mite turn into a real live dragon.......... PMPL.

You won't send St George after me, will ya? Alex.

I love making juice cocktails, smoothies from whatever fruit/veges I find cheap.

I am already drinking heapsa carrot juice, another so called cancer fix.......PMPL.

Actually, juiced carrots with a stick of celery is a damned nice drink.

Has anyone tried it?

What is the mix ratio?

(How many Grams of carrot on one stick of celery)

10 med to lge carrots, 2 lge sticks celery.

Carrot juice is made lighter and a bit sweeter with the celery, put leaves and all juicer.

Makes quite a bit, add salt to taste.

Gotta be chilled, keep some carrots in fridge.

Do you have a juicer?....

(edit, cos forgot question...oops)

Does it have to be a big juicer when following the suggested number of carrots, sticks of celery and pinch of salt?

Woteva ya have, so long as the stuff fits in, away ya go, just do it until finished ya ingredients.

What sort of juicer have you?

I dunno, I just have to throw in from the top and switch on.

I call it a blender.

Are they the same?

NOOOOO, not at all.

Juicers separate the solids from the liquids.

Blender just chops it all up fine, or coarse, depending on your choice.

I put the solids into my compost heap.

Do you have a garden?

All that fibre in ya blender will do you good, but like drinking porrige......LOL.

I do add some of the solids back into my drink, as you say, gives some body to it.

Yeah, Alex, nothing quite like going and picking fresh veges for ya next meal.

You ever done that?

Uh?

Does it make a difference if you grow tom's in a house or condo?

Will they taste more deliciable when planted around the house or in a big pot on a balconiere?

:o

And what is a "Supertom"

Well on the how I would plant them.......in the ground?

Either a pot or piece of land does it really matter when the pot is big enough and placed on a piece of land?

About feeding a plant, I know what fish like to eat and cats and dogs.....

What kinda food do I need to give a tomato plant?

Normally all the organic waste I have, I just dump in the pot's and watch it rot, is that the right way of feeding?

:o

Put all ya scraps in a heap, turn it occassional and let it rot, grass clipping coffee grounds, yeah.

Mite make good compost.

Forget pots, many tomatoes have large root systems, need space.

If ya lazy, get feed from a shop, tesco etc.

Alex, are you lazy......hehe?
