My flight is very early in the morning. I intend to take a Taxi in Bangkok to Don Mueang

airport at 3.00am. Is there any Meter Taxi running around in the city at that 3.00am time.

Where are you travelling from?  Many of the larger hotels, tourist areas, have taxis waiting all night in hope of lucrative fare.  Should not be too difficult to find such a taxi though do not expect him to use his meter.
