So if I want to buy online a payment method using  the scanned QR code is needed. When I try downloading the app it won't accept my debit card number, the next choice and not my preferred way is to use account number, but then it asks for citizen ID. I tried my US passport number but no bueno.

 

As I know many of you scan qr codes for payment. How did you set it originally?
