Epicurus
At the moment just trying to re ignite B visa. Due to covid, got a retirement visa for two years, Company was still operating at a very low level, they kept on the four staff required at lower rates. Left the country and came back on 30 tourist. Intending to change to B Visa. Just wondering, as the staff were still employed at a lower rate than required, could this be a reason for refusing ?. I am still share holder and Director but non working of course. Thanks in advance.
ubonjoe
I don't think your employees pay will be a problem. Requirments for the non-b visa application is here: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/1.FOR-WORKING-IN-A-COMPANY-OR-LIMITED-PARTNERSHIP-NON-B.pdf
