When trying to apply for a Tourist eVisa I see under "purpose of visit" amongst others, two options: a) "Tourist Visa (STV) Duration of stay no longer than 90 days" and also b) "Tourism/leasure activities".

Does it make any difference which one I choose?

Choose the second.

That option is a single entry tourist visa.

SETV.

Gives a 60 day stamp and can be extended by 30 days. 

The STV is a special tourist visa and has several requirements.
