Laptop 3.5 inch hdd cable for USB data recovery

Featured Replies

I'm in pattaya, I've got a laptop that just died. I want to extract the hdd and try to connect it via USB to another machine for data recovery.

I wondered whether anyone can suggest where I can purchase such a cable in pattaya ?

Most IT-shops sell USB to external disk cables.

If not, simply ask for an external disk housing.

Lazada sells external disk housing and cables and delivery is very fast.

I've heard of Tukcom but not TUTCOM if that helps?

About how many GB of data do you think you have to recover?

I bumped into a farang in Banana at Central who overheard the staff telling me they didn't have what i wanted. he offered to give me a ride to some magic place where everything was allegedly available. I had to make him repeat the name twice before I clicked that he was talking about Tukcom. he was pronouncing it as "dah calm" ????

I guess he never bothered to looks at the great big sign on top of the building.

Take it to Tuc Com - they will do  it there  for you.

But I don't really understand  how someone  can live in Pattaya and not know about Tuc Com
