brewsterbudgen
My annual Extension of Stay/Work Permit renewal is due at the end of November. If I get my medical certificate at the start of October (potentially 5/6 weeks before I go for the Extension/Work Permit) will it be accepted or do I have to get it nearer the date? blackcab
I thought it was maximum 1 month before.

KhunBENQ
For a driving license it's one month. Whether they have different rule for WP? Unlikely that they are more relaxed https://www.dlt.go.th/en/renew-license/ "ORIGINAL MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (5 DISEASES FORM) FROM CLINIC OR HOSPITAL (VALID FOR 1 MONTH)" An undated site saying one month for WP: https://thailawyers.com/medical-certificate-for-work-permit/ Edited August 24, 2022 by KhunBENQ

Postively MC valid for a month. Example if you get your MC on 15 Aug, it will be valid till 14 Sept. Just did mine yesterday.

Me too, and 30 days only is logical and as a max is standard appraoch to medical cert. validity. More than 30 would seem inappropriate.
