snoop1130
Several cars and houses were damaged when citywide floods struck Pattaya early this morning. Floods were reported in many areas of the Banglamung district after a one-hour downpour had hit the city at around 1 a.m., today, September 12th, badly hindering traffic at Beach Road, Pattaya Third Road, South Pattaya Road, Sukhumvit Road, and the road along the railway. According to TPN reporters on the ground, water in some areas was 50 centimeters high or nearly 1 meter. Motorcycles and small vehicles were unable to pass the roads, which had totally become impassible. Several unattended cars were also damaged by floodwaters that reached half their height. Hundreds of millions in someone's pocket. The same thing happens year after year after year. If they actually spent the money on fixing the problem, the problem would be fixed already. 8
