Hi all,

I'm returing back to Chiang Mai from working in up-country Laos on Friday 29. I want to get a visa from the Thai Embassy there but, as it's Friday, I won't be able to pick it up until Monday. That means I'll be losing four days of my leave, which I don't want to do.

Does anyone know of any express visa service offered, either by the Embassy or any service in Vientiane?

You're right I could. But my company send me an email with my e-ticket out of Thailand, usually about a week before I leave. So I could get caught with the Outbound ticket hitch?
