Football - Barcelona are on the brink of a group-stage UEFA Champions League exit for the second successive season after being held to a 3-3 draw by Inter Milan at the Nou Camp but  free-scoring Napoli moved into the knockout stages after a 4-2 win over Ajax. 

 

Mohamed Salah came off the bench to score an incredible six-minute hat-trick as Liverpool obliterated Glasgow Rangers 7-1 in Scotland.

 

Bayern Munich won 4-2 at Viktoria Plzen, Tottenham Hotspur beat Frankfurt 3-2, FC Porto hammered Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 in Germany, Marseille won 2-0 in Portugal at Sporting and Atletico Madrid and Club Bruges drew 0-0.

 

American Football - Las Vegas Raiders' Davante Adams has been charged with misdemeanor assault for shoving a photographer as he left the field after Monday's 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The charge was filed in Kansas City Municipal Court yesterday.

 

Ryan Zebley said he suffered whiplash, headaches and possible minor concussion as a result of the shove.

 

Basketball - Draymond Green has been fined but not suspended by the Golden State Warriors for punching his team-mate Jordan Poole in a training session. Video footage emerged of the incident and the 32-year-old apologised to Poole and the rest of the team the next day.
