The girls parents asked a foundation to help search for their daughters body, which they found buried at a cemetery in Chonburi,  DNA evidence proved this was the missing woman.


The former school director will appeal his sentence.
 

A French tourist reported missing yesterday in Surat Thani has been found dead after an extensive search.


Rescuers found the 30 year olds body at the bottom of a 150 meter cliff, the tourist left his hotel last saturday to go walking and is believed to have fallen while looking for a drone he had been flying.

Myanmar’s military  granted amnesty to Dr Sean Turnell, an Australian economist and former adviser to Aung San Suu Kyi, He and former British ambassador to Myanmar, Ms Vicky Bowman, were among nearly 6,000 prisoners freed to mark a national holiday yesterday. Both were said to have caught a flight to Bangkok.


Japanese filmmaker Toru  Kub-ota has also been released.
