Photo by VnExpress/Nam An A collision between two trucks early Friday resulted in a heavy traffic jam stretching almost 10 km on HCMC – Trung Luong Expressway. A truck carrying watermelons from HCMC to the Mekong Delta got a flat tire and had to stop in the middle of the street in Chau Thanh District of Tien Giang Province at around 3 a.m. The container truck moving behind failed to stop in time and hit it.
