I've been using the Dee Money app successfully for transfers to the Philippines for two years.  This past week, they either merged with or were acquired by another service and the DeeMoney app became inoperative.  I was directed by CS to download "DeeMoney Neo" app which I did but it would not recognize my phone number or other former account details.  When I tried to sign-up as a new account, it kept rejecting my address, asking for address details that my building does not have.   Is anybody else having similar difficulties migrating to the new app?

Agreed.  Contact a Dee Money Rep directly.

I did.  Dee Money CS is what told me I had to migrate to the new app.
