Photo courtesy of the police A Vietnamese drug lord who ran a transnational drug trafficking ring and moved 1.6 tons of heroin around even while she was an international fugitive has been arrested, authorities say. Vu Hoang Oanh, sister of notorious crime boss Dung "Ha," who was killed 2000 in HCMC by Nam Cam, another notorious criminal, has been arrested along with 28 other people, the Ministry of Public Security announced Tuesday. 131 kg of drugs have been seized in the process, the ministry added.
