Any advance information about Chiang Rai Flower festival this year?

Imissed last year becuse of Covid, but I usually try to get there. 

Is i happening?  If so When?  

In h usual place?

Didn't know Chiangrai had a flower festival; however, if you mean the Chiangmai Flower Festival, it's the first weekend of February (excepting 2nd weekend if there happens to be an election then).  For 2023, its February 3rd-5th with the big parade on Saturday the 4th.

The flower festival in Chiang Rai, is in the same location, next to the river.  December 25 to January 8.

 

There is another one near walking street but I don’t know the dates.  It will be right around the same time but is open longer but it is smaller than the one near the river.

We went last year, it was the only party in the north. Lots of people and music. Quite refreshing in the midst of everything being shut down.
