CPAP apparatus for sleep apnea

Hi- does anyone here have info as to where i might purchase a good CPAP [Continuous Positive Airway Pressure] unit

locally? I suffer from sleep apnea and would like to give this a try. Many are available on-line- especially from the States

but I thought it wouldnt hurt to try a post here. Perhaps someone has experience with a local Thai product they might reccomend. 

Apnea really interferes with sleep so any suggestions are appreciated ::]
