"Power buy" or whatever it is called, World Trade Center/Central World Plaza, 3rd or 4th floor, in the back towards the SW corner.

a rice cooker is perfect for casoroles ,and they are very cheap unlike a slowcooker which is very exspensive :D

Try a good casserole dish in the microwave at 20% power setting for 2 hours, maybe more

Check at intervals to avoid drying out.

You can get slow cookers at Big C, Tesco, Robinson, etc. I've been smelling the pork my g/f's been cooking all night in our slow cooker and can't wait to eat it :o .

As for price, my large one (3.5 litre) with a shiny brown oval ceramic pot inside cost 1,090 baht from Big C. Maker's name: "Morning Direct" (tel. 0-2919-4171), cooker name: "Swiss Plus", model no.: "SPS-119".

If the store stocks them, they'll probably be next to the rice cookers. I think Robinson has the biggest selection.
