Vladimir Putin has vowed to continue attacking Ukraine's energy infrastructure despite millions being left without electricity or water.

"Yes, we do that. But who started it?" the Russian president said at an awards ceremony in the Kremlin.

He said that criticism of Russian strikes would "not interfere with our combat missions".

Moscow has been battering Ukraine's power grid since 10 October, following a string of heavy military defeats.

The worry now is that Putin knows he's a dead man walking if he loses the war. He will face justice in The Hague.

He did . He wants to be remembered as " Vladimir the Great " , the one who reunifies Russia within it's former borders ...

But , really , it is just illegal extraterritorial expansion of a country that suffers of a misguided dictatorship .

The blame game . It is always the other one's fault .

Dear Mr. Putin , if you want to see who is responsible for this war with all it's horrors ... just look in a mirror .

Yet another Putin war crime.

Russian forces have installed multiple rocket launchers at Ukraine’s shut-down Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, Ukrainian officials claimed Thursday, raising fears Europe’s largest atomic power station could be used as a base to fire on Ukrainian territory and heightening radiation dangers.

That is reason enough to hit Russia now  because once the radiation has leaked it is virtually game over for living in Ukraine

The world needs to arm Ukraine with the best anti ground-to-air missile defence systems on the planet. Every Russian ship off their coast needs to be sunk asap. That huge bridge being used to supply the Russians in southern Ukraine needs to be destroyed asap too.

Won't the Russian soldiers stationed at the Ukraine nuclear facilities be irradiated first if there is a leak? I doubt they have been informed of their imminent sickness.

Russian soldiers were forced to dig trenches in the most contaminated parts around the former Chernobyl nuclear plant, and they had no idea where they were or how dangerous it was for them to even be there, let alone dig trenches. It’s obvious that the Russian high command don’t give a toss if they have to sacrifice countless numbers of soldiers to achieve their goals.

That's what was said about Chernobyl......

There is no innocent politician either from Russia or Ukraine (or NATO) overhyped by famous fake stream media BBC.

Meanwhile innocent civilians being victimized.

I don't hate countries, but I do hate f***king politicians always agitating for their own interest, which is mostly against people's interest.
