thaibeachlovers
One suspects that all those "investors" that bought at the height are going to be "upset". Good news. Unfortunately a 20% drop isn't enough to make houses affordable, especially as loans harder to get and higher interest rates.
AndyFoxy
NZ.....high tax, low salary, high cost of living. Plus a WEF pawn as PM. Horrible little place. Decent scenery though.
Gsxrnz
Commissar Jacinda Hardon has turned NZ into a modern-day Gulag. Her style of Totalitarianism is not Orwell's jackboot in the face, but a warm motherly cuddle and a soft spoken "I know what is best for you, whether you like it or not, my children.....and you will do what you are told". Christ on a bike, I'm only thankful she didn't marry Justin Trudeau. 1

A couple of WEF pawns. "Be Kind" she says while calling the leader of ACT an arrogant rick (with the 'p' deleted). Mrs Ed had the media in her pocket there for a while, but many of them are starting to turn against her. Paul Catton
Didn't need to hear about it on the radio, but have experiencing the devaluation, now at 25.37% on our humble South Auckland abode. ????

What's the betting that it could fall to 1960 prices, but rents will continue to be at idiotic levels and increasing? If I could have got the pension in LOS I'd never have come back.
