OzMan
I have AIS as an ISP and use Em Client as an email client on my laptop. Usually, when I send an email with an attachment, the email gets stuck in the Outbox and not transmitted. Has anybody else experienced this issue? MJCM
What is your email provider? Did you enter the SSL port of your Email provider correctly? Edit: What is the size of the attachment? Some Email providers have a limit for attachments. Edited December 16, 2022 by MJCM
clearance
Check the logs folder: https://forum.emclient.com/t/location-of-diagnostic-logs-imap-smtp/74156 If you have problem understanding the log, you can post it here I think.

You should check the settings for the outgoing mail server (SMTP) to see if it is configured correctly. (assumed you're using IMAP and not POP3). What email provider are you using? As an example: here are the outgoing server settings for GMAIL: Outgoing Mail (SMTP) SERVER SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com Port for SSL: 465 Port for TLS/STARTTLS: 587 Require SSL: Yes Requires TLS: Yes (if available) Require authentication: Yes Username: [email protected] Password: XXXXXXXXXX Edited December 16, 2022 by dotcalm
