Photo by VnExpress/Nhat Vy A man has been arrested in HCMC for allegedly stealing a gold bracelet from a four-year-old boy who was playing in his neighborhood. A security camera has captured a man on a motorbike approaching a group of children playing in front of a house in Tan Phu District around 10 a.m. last Sunday, stopping, checking around, grabbing a boy, and snatching his bracelet before quickly driving away. The entire incident takes just around 20 seconds.
