Does anybody have a list of public holidays in Thailand during 2023

Featured Replies

I have a list of Thai holidays from the internet but Thailand generally has extra days as well.

Almost 6 weeks of holidays - not bad!

Companies can choose 13 days out of that list. Thai companies make it longer Songkran, Chinese companies longer around Chinese New Year, and western companies focus more around New Year. But nobody (not even government and banks) take all that days off.

Get a calendar from the Bank for free ,hang it on the wall so you

can see it everyday ,enter your 90 days report, extensions , birthdays etc.

Did I miss the link for the Aseannow calendar 2023?

Do expect the govt to add a few more days, to create long weekends when possible.  Bring happiness to the people.

Soon it will be like the USA, and people will forget what the holiday is actually for, aside from 3 days off of work.  Though I think TH is almost already there.

Don't forget 'Teachers Day' of which they must have about 3-4 a year.

I can't find it either; was hoping to find one with members' photos, like years ago on ThaiVisa.

Thanks for that I am missing my download "ThaiVisa" calendar for 2566 already.

My Samsung phone has a Calendar function with all holidays listed.

Dry days I expect will be the three Bucha days and Khao Phansa.

I won't be nailing my phone to the wall any time soon! ????

Will you be carrying your paper calendar everywhere you go? I think it is OK to have a wall calendar and one on your phone.

It does not seem it is a good thing to have so many holidays as it can create lack of work productivity and debt.  Two things Thailand does not need more of.

Or maybe, the Thais are beginning to appreciate their leisure time.

Aye, obviously but only one of the two is less than ideal.
