Can anyone recommend a company who can help me file my US taxes.  I would like it to be in the Pattaya area.

I would recommend an accountant based in the US.

 

The US has this wonderful thing called a lawsuit in case of negligence. Would you entrust your tax return to someone located in Pattaya?
