webfact Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Picture: Siam Rath Siam Rath had some dramatic pictures of the aftermath of an accident in Suphanburi's Song Phee Nong district in central Thailand. A 45 year old man from Buriram lost control on a bend outside Wat Thung Khok school on the Malaiman Road heading towards Nakhon Pathom. Picture: Siam Rath He slammed side on into a power pole bending his vehicle in two. Rescuers cut out the lifeless body of Bunthan from Toom Yai sub-district. Picture: Siam Rath Thung Khok police captain Thaksin Khanthongdee observed that the victim had been driving fast and probably lost control due to unfamiliarity with the bend in the road. He would look at CCTV evidence in his inquiry. Popular Post Woof999 Posted January 11, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 11, 2023 Holy smokes, just look at where that pole is in relation to where the driver would have been sitting. Respect to the rescue services for dealing with something that must have been grotesque to say the least. 7
Robin Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 He has really made a job of this. Going to fast is putting it mildly 2
KhunBENQ Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Solid power poles. So he didn't take out power for many. 1

Popular Post Asquith Production Posted January 11, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 11, 2023 Usually when articles says the vehicle wrapped it self around the post its a big exaggeration but not in this case. 4

mikeymike100 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 "NE man dead after wrapping his Isuzu round power pole in Suphanburi" Sometimes the headlines are exaggerated and don't mean what actually did happen. In this case, nope, the Isuzu is actually wrapped round the power pole, my God, how fast was he going? 1
poyai111 Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Not so irresistible force meets immovable object - pure science. We come in a very vulnerable envelope - bones, muscles and organs held together by the skin. Explosive force of this collision would separate those components easily. There are no accidents only reasons
keithkarmann Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 It's good to see that someone has the brains to see he was going to fast. 1
AhFarangJa Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 On the bright side, anyone need a nearly new tailgate for an Isuzu. It looks to be the only part intact. 1
