Thai nominees associated with several Chinese shops in Chinatown have been warned they could face jail and heavy fines if they are found to assist foreign owners flout the law on business ownership.

The warning comes after a complaint was filed by a street food vendor about Chinese nationals with tourist visas using Thai nominees.


A SHOOTOUT at a restaurant in Songkhla between two groups of customers, including a group of policemen, resulted in   one death and two serious injuries.

Witness says an argument broke out between the groups, one man brought out an m16 rifle from his truck and opened fire, the group of police officers at the other table returned fire.

Police arrived to find 3 people injured, one died on the way to hospital.


A 21 year old student fell to his death from a 6th floor balcony at an apartment in phitsanulok yesterday, he had been arguing with his girlfriend who locked him out, he eventually opened the door but his girlfriend climbed over the balcony the the apartment below, her boyfriend also climbed over the balcony but slipped and fell to the ground.


A catamaran yacht that disappeared from it’s moorings in phuket last month has been found floating close to indonesian waters, no one was on board, 
German owner had hired a plane to search for the vessel without success, it’s believed the boats anchor may have become loose, 
Authorities will tow the yacht to shore.


HongKong high-speed rail services to the mainland resumed for the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the re opening comes just after chinese authorities said nearly 60,000 people with COVID-19 had died in hospital.
