The Ministry of Education held events marking the annual National Teachers’ Day today on January 16th.

 

The Thai Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha has revealed the slogan of the Teacher’s Day this year, ‘Good teachers, Good students, Good future’. The event is held under the idea of Teacher’s Power is the Heart of Transforming Educational Quality.

 

General Prayut this morning presided over the event at the Teachers Council of Thailand. This year marked the 67th Teacher’s Day. Teachers across the country joined in the Teacher’s Day events in the province.

No mention of the event where a military helicopter hovered above a tent with 100s of kids in it blowing everything away in a downdraft scaring the life out of them then ????

‘Good teachers, Good students, Good future’. 

He missed out the bit about inadequate curriculum and poor schools!
