PJ71
Bring 'HER' as a MAN, after all that's what 'SHE' is. As far as i'm aware in thailand, if born a man you cannot change PP to a female. Isn't there a really famous company owner that spoke out about this?

Normally, I'd disagree and give the guy the benefit of the doubt. He only has two posts, which means it is LIKELY a troll. It's a non-Spanish name, and I don't know ONE American who would ask TVF a question like this. He is getting married (looking to married and not "marry") and wants to ask us instead of using the normal channels. More TROLLish evidence. Hey, I want to get married to a ladyboy and bring them back to the States. I wonder what paperwork I need..................I know, I'll ask TVF!!!!! yea, no. 2 2
KhunLA
I would think he would have to apply for tourist visa like everyone else, just to visit and test the waters. May want to inquire if he would qualify for a fiancé visa, but I'd be surprised if so, or approved, unless having considerable assets in TH. Better ... You could try getting married at Taiwan, as they allow same sex marriage, and Thais can visit without a visa. It is bring “xem” back. Better brush up on your gender neutral pronouns before you get cancelled. LOL Edited January 28, 2023 by FarAngMoh
spidermike007
How long have you known him for? Have you done the due diligence? Have you been together at least two years? If so, he will likely need to apply for a tourist visa, since Thailand does not recognize same sex marriage.
Captain Monday
Research a third country where the Thai partner can travel what allows a same sex marriage to be completed, to two foreigners on a tourist status. Now legally married apply for US spouse visa. Good luck
