Photo by VnExpress/Ngoc Thanh A cold wave that has blanketed the north for weeks now will ease from Wednesday and temperatures will gradually increase, the weather bureau has said. Since mid-January, the region has experienced average daytime temperatures of below 15 degrees Celsius. On Monday most localities, including the capital Hanoi, would be no warmer than 22 degrees and nighttime temperatures would be 7-8 degrees, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said.
