Thai police have now been forced to admit that an officer DID try to extort money from the Taiwanese actress, despite firm denials three days ago. They also admitted that there had been tampering of evidence 'under order'. Public Health Minister takes a firm approach to illicit drugs, bungalows destroyed in Kanchanaburi.

The word fired, does not seem to exist in Thailand, just transferred. Same with jailed for extortion,

seems not to exist.
