I have a double ATS i want to place over my main electrical cabinet for home, but i cant find any cabinet or box to mount it in. I want as less exposed connections etc as possible. Any ideas? Or just screw it an the wall? The common electrical cabinets are way out of siza and shape ..

 

 

A cheap DIN mount consumer unit with a bit of activity with a file/saw?

 

Mega Home have a decent selection of plastic boxes which should do the trick too.

I bought a plastic box about 300L x 300H x 150D with a front door.

I put my own window in and also fitted a power meter (volt, amp, watthr) which I rarely ever look at.

Inside the box is a backplate for easy assembly.

With a load of glands, all the cables went in and out the top.
