Popular Post snoop1130
Thailand’s Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant today (Thursday) for former director-general of the Department of Special Investigation, Tarit Pengdit, to ensure his presence at the court to hear the verdict of the Supreme Court, expected to be read on March 24th. Tarit failed to show up at the Criminal Court today to hear the verdict in a case in which he and four other officials were charged with malfeasance in office by former Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and former Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban. His lawyer told the court that Tarit asked for a postponement of the appointment, because he had an operation on January 29th, to remove a kidney stone, and has to remain in hospital for recuperation and observation for about three months. This was the seventh postponement requested by Tarit. He was found guilty of defaming Suthep and Abhisit and sentenced to a one (1) year prison sentence. Ex-DSI chief Tarit given 1-year jail term by Supreme Court for defaming Suthep https://www.thaipbsworld.com/ex-dsi-chief-tarit-given-1-year-jail-term-by-supreme-court-for-defaming-suthep/ Although the article mentions two years. Tarit and three co-defendants were acquitted by the Criminal Court, but the Appeals Court sentenced them to two years each without suspension. The Supreme Court’s verdict is yet to be read due to Tarit’s postponements. Defaming Suthep and his ventroloquist's dummy, probably deserves a reward, and not a prison sentence. Suthep is out on bail now after having been found guilty of Sedition. Edited February 3, 2023 by bamnutsak

If you followed a couple of years ago how Tarit and Thaksin worked together then maybe you would also hope that he goes to jail for the rest of his life - together with the criminal fugitive. 1
Muhendis
Quote from Johns Hopkins medicine: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/treatment-tests-and-therapies/lithotripsy#:~:text=Lithotripsy treats kidney stones by,pass through the urinary system. "Lithotripsy treats kidney stones by sending focused ultrasonic energy or shock waves directly to the stone first located with fluoroscopy (a type of X-ray “movie”) or ultrasound (high frequency sound waves). The shock waves break a large stone into smaller stones that will pass through the urinary system." It seems there is a bit of exaggeration going on here. I'm sure this non-invasive treatment is available in Thailand. This ex DSI man is taking the piddle.

Acquitted by the Criminal Court. 2. 2 year sentence by the Appeals Court 3. ??? sentence by the Supreme Court??? It also isn't the first time this guy has faced legal problems:
