book exchange, used book stores in Hua Hin

In 2023, are there any book exchanges or used books stores in Hua Hin?

Tha Blue and Yellow book exchange on Petchasem rd,just passed soi 78 heading towards the traffic lights,tel 090 2468371

The Blue and Yellow Bookstore is open from 10-5, Mon.-Sat. The woman that owns it speaks some English. They have thousands of books but it's very chaotic and you won't find things always in alphabetical order. There is a section for non-fiction but it's mixed with fiction and the the fiction section has non-fiction books. The lighting is poor in the middle section and it's hard to read the titles. The shop is dusty and the aircon is weak. (Never been serviced) However, it's the only used book shop in Hua Hin. Most books cost 160-180 baht and you receive 1/2 back for trade ins. Wear a mask.

I'll have to mention the store to my friends.   They usually make a trip up to Bangkok and get a boxfull.   Certainly save on gas and hassle!

I guess english books only?

There are books in English, French, German, Swedish and some Thai.

Dasa Book Store on Sukhumvit has a delivery service, and an updated excel sheet of all their stock on their website. The excel sheet is searchable, and is already organised well. They will send to Hua Hin.
