Mumbo Jumbo Posted July 2, 2007 Share Posted July 2, 2007 I have been trying out Firefox 2 Portable, installed on a USB thumb drive, And think it’s great, my question now is … Would there be any benefits for me installing the full version on my Computer compared to using the portable version …? stumonster Posted July 2, 2007 Share Posted July 2, 2007 the full version allows you to have the latest version installed - the portable lags behind a small amount the portable is good if you don't have admin rights on the computer you are using , and you want to use FF rather than IE.
