President Putin will hardly declare mobilization before, but once the elections are over, then the window will shrink," Pavel warned. He suggested that mobilization would be extremely unpopular among Russian voters. Against this background, Pavel called on allies to use pressure on Russia to secure peace talks in the coming weeks.
