Pattaya — A group of what the victim believed to be fake government officials allegedly intruded into the victim’s house, robbed money from him, and abducted his brother from the house on Tuesday, February 7th.

The house is located in Pattaya’s Naklua sub-district of Banglamung district. The victim, Mr. Prasit Surprasert, 37, reached out to The Pattaya News yesterday, February 9th, to report his terrifying experience, claiming he was beaten by what he described as a group of possibly take government officials.

 

Prasit claimed the suspects also kidnapped his brother from the house and stole 8,000 Baht from him. The suspects, who reportedly wore jackets belonging to government officials, suddenly marched into his house and falsely accused one of his family members of being a motorcycle thief.

Although Prasit denied stealing any motorcycles, the men did not listen and allegedly bashed him on the head with a stick.
