February 12, 20233 yr I scanned my Certificate of Life form onto my pc this evening. Now I have the first page showing on the desktop and I cannot delete it. It doesn't seem to be an icon, a file or a folder so I cannot delete it in the normal way. It appears to be larger that the screen itself, so I cannot shrink it and then delete it. It will not move up or down the screen, but just sits there lurking. I even tried a system restore to an earlier time but the system restore did not complete. I think I have done a Snip and Sketch and saved it to my desktop. Does anybody have any idea how to remove it?

I thought that but I went to Settings, Themes and there it is. However it is laughing at me as I try to remove it. I had to go to Background, select Picture, choose the Blue Windows background picture and select that. That cleared my problem. Thank you. My next problem is to find enough stupid glue to stick back the hair I tore out trying to delete it.
