Daily News reported that an employment agent from Myanmar was found tied up and stabbed to death in a rented room at a condominium in the Bang Pu Mai area of Samut Prakan, central Thailand yesterday.

Bang Pu police think at least two people were responsible for the death of 23 year old Bo Mo Hen.

On the second floor of a five story building they found the victim lying face down in a pool of blood in a corner of room #231.

His hands had been tied behind his back and his neck was tied with an undervest.

He had stab wounds to the chest and back and had been dead at least 3 hours.

The room showed signs of a struggle and rifling of its contents.

Crime scene tape was put around the area as forensics officers began their work.

Somsak, 46, a security man told the media that a man passing the room at 7.30 am had alerted him after seeing the door ajar and peering inside.

He said that the victim had lived there with many others for 3-4 months. He was an employment agent organizing work for people from Myanmar at factories..

Arguments had been heard in the night. His cousins had disappeared. Many people would come and go at the room.

Davich, 36, a Cambodian friend of the deceased said that the victim was a well off guy who would wear a gold necklace, bracelet and ring and these were missing when he saw the body.

People at a shop at 3 am had heard an argument then seen 3-4 people running away though they thought nothing of it.

Police think the murder concerns a dispute over his job as an agent.

They will be speaking to his wife to ascertain if he was wearing gold at the time.
