US authorities seeking Thai woman who fled to Bangkok after fatal hit-and-run

The authorities in the US are calling on a Thai woman who fled to Bangkok after she struck and killed a student with her car to turn herself in. Tubtim “Sue” Howson, a US citizen, fled the scene after the incident in Michigan, in which 22 year old Benjamin Kable died.
