Photo by VnExpress/Minh Trung A man has been fined VND160,000 (US$6.74) for riding a horse in Ho Chi Minh City's District 3 on Tuesday to advertise for a brand. The 23-year-old wearing uniform of a ride-hailing firm rode the white horse on several streets, forcing drivers to pull their cars over to avoid hitting the animal. Many people stopped on the street to take photos and videos of the scene, causing traffic disorder.
