Composite: Siam Rath

 

Siam Rath reported that comment was rife on TikTok after a user called "banknattapon3" posted a clip after a tenant didn't pay the rent for three months and they went to check up on their room.

 

They said they were very sad to see all the mess.

 

ASEAN NOW's resident landlord suggests that as videos of this nature go it looks as though the landlord got off lightly.

The place could be easily cleaned and the errant renter left quite a lot of saleable items to make up for the lost rent.

 

We've seen much worse!

A skip and half an hour that lot would be cleaned up, could have been a whole lot worse

 

 

As a landlord in the UK, I vote there is a 24 hour notice of booting and not some mamby pamby 1 year waiting to get rid of people like this

Don't renters have to leave a two/three month deposit in advance?

There was some rule change a few years ago limiting deposit requirements. 

Mmm,Ive got 2 months lefton my lease and landlord is chomping on the bit to increase rent by 3k.

Maybe they had a difference of opinion about something, completely different that is not mentioned.

So for that reason I have doubts about it.

Anybody who lives in somebody else's home, and treats it as a garbage dump, is not a human being in my opinion.

Could say the same for people who profit from housing, but hey, just an opinion ????

Not a problem....with all the money he gets from Tik tok,,,,pay someone to clean it. done!
