Just so you know: The man you are referring to comes from India. Here is my idea of India. Please just look at the map. Yes, recently, artificial borders have been delineated, but these do NOT reflect cultural cohesiveness. Religion has driven apart north and south India. Also, the CRAZY-HIGH Population density of Bangladesh is scaring the pants off the rest of India. The rest of India is scared to death about the day when the Bangladesh hoards will pour into the rest of India. And so, India is patrolling the boarder rigorously, trying to avoid the invevitable. The rest of India does NOT Want the Bangladeshi Hoards flowing freely into the rest of India, for VERY GOOD REASONS. You are free to move to Bangladesh, to live out the rest of your days, and I recommend it to you. It's OK if you go there, because Bangladesh has no hope, and has been ruined by overpopulatoin, anyway. BUT, having Bangladesh move its population to the UK, or any other country, would be a DISASTER OF BIBLICAL proportions. The culture there is ridiculous. Go there, and check it out if you do not believe me. The entire SUBCONTINENT is doomed, due to Global Warming, anyway. Where do you think these people will want to escape to when their GODFORSAKEN land becomes too hot for them? So, I am not racist, but I just hate the culture down there, in that godforsaken land, which is getting hotter by the year. And, just wait for the finale of this Super-Duper El Nino to take effect.... Once more they will be dying like flies in the oven they have created for themselves. But, why worry about the inevitable. What is done is done, and there is no going back At least they could do the world a favor and launch about 50 megatons at eash other, north and south India, which probably will happen soon. Then, maybe the world can take a well-deserved breather. But, I do not like the culture of that part of the world. They should stop with the fanatical religious beliefs, and the caste system, too, first thing....but they will not. So, just allow them to stew in their own juices, but please do not come here, and by here, I mean the rest of the land area in the world.
