Daily News Thai Caption: He's found!

Daily News reported on developments in the case of a woman called Khanitha, 26, who was abducted and forced onto a motorcycle by her ex boyfriend Kantinan, 23, outside a factory in Khuwat sub-district of Muang Pathum Thani yesterday morning.

The police in Pathum Thani checked CCTV and established that Kantinan had taken her to Nonthaburi where they had changed to an Isuzu pick-up and headed for Chonburi in the east.

Muang Pattaya police had got a call and found the assailant's pick-up parked opposite Jomtien beach soi 14/1.

There having lunch on some deckchairs on the beach were the couple.

Khanitha said she had split up with Kantinan a while back and had been walking to the factory with her new man.

She was forced to go to Pattaya and her ex had spent the whole way trying to reconcile with her.

She was not hurt but was too scared to call for help.

Kantinan refused to say much at all, just that he wanted to get back together with his ex.

The Pattaya police decided to let the cops in Pathum Thani deal with the case as it was on their patch.

Oh love, it's always about love isn't it?

Romantic sod,  lunch on the beach at knifepoint!

Edited by jacko45k

It just goes to show that all those CCTV cameras do work if only the cops have an incentive to look at them.

Did he think she would go back with him after he pulled a knife on her?

Well, is'nt that the basis of a good, loving relationship?

There goes a day's pay for her, do you think he'll compensate her?

Such desperation. Why can't people just walk away from a relationship that is not working? Such a lack of emotional development. So pathetic. Where is the self esteem?

Thinking doesn't enter the equation.

BBQ chicken with Khao niaw, shrimps and Somtam on the beach is a tough one to pass on.

"Muang Pattaya police had got a call and found the assailant's pick-up parked opposite Jomtien beach soi 14/1. "

Yeah, but hold on. 150 km away, someone in Jomtien spots his white Isuzu pickup parked down a side road? Thinks "Hey, I know that white pickup. It belongs to a bloke I know from Nontaburi". Bit of a coincidence. Geezer must be thinking "What are the chances?", right? Nah. They're probably YouTubers looking for views, or maybe "influencers", looking for influence, presumably.

Let's hope so, she may get fired from her job for no reason of her own.

Now that's 'real' love!

I love you soooo much I kidnap with a deadly weapon, and if you resist my controlling, obsessive, delusional thinking, and grossly infantile immaturity I might taker your life.

Here's a tip; Stop listening to the endless Thai and world love-addict songs and watching love-addict soap operas and movies.

awww, how romantic. after so many exes in the news for abducting, stabbing, burning, shooting, etc, this one buys her lunch on the beach

She is 26, and he is 23?

She probably paid for lunch.

Miss the good old days when you you just club them and drag them back to the cave by their hair. Dang.
