My missus had complained about a barking dog, they have 10dogs! oh but two houses on the same plot so nothing can be done. In my opinion the number of dogs allowed should be relevant on how many square Meters of Garden one has. Why anyone wants so many dogs is beyond me, 2 dogs should be Max. allowed. up to I rai.
