geovalin Posted March 9, 2023 Share Posted March 9, 2023 Phnom Penh authorities on Tuesday set a three-month deadline for all owners of hotels, apartments and condominiums to strengthen the management of foreigners who stay together to prevent them from committing crimes such as human trafficking, illegal gambling and money laundering. The deadline came when Phnom Penh authorities summoned about 400 people who own or run hotels, apartments and condominiums in Phnom Penh to guide them on the management of foreigners.
